Cancellation Policy

If no credit card is provided you need to pay a cash security bond of $100 per night, or a 50% deposit is required to hold your booking. During periods of high demand, management reserve the right to refuse unconfirmed bookings.

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation before due check in time, which 2:00 pm or otherwise advised. Standard check in is any time after 2:00pm and standard check out time is prior to 10:00am.

Early check-in and /or late check out is by arrangement ONLY

Thereafter, charges equivalent to one nights quoted accommodation per room cancelled will apply and will be deducted from either the given credit card details or from the security bond or from your deposit. In the event of a “NO SHOW” without cancellation or stays shortened without 24 hours notice, Kolmar Inn has the right to charge the equivalent of one nights accommodation.

Once cancellation charged have been settles you will receive the balance of your deposit or “security bond” or your credit card details. Group booking Cancellation Policy is noted in the “Terms & Conditions” section at the bottom of each quote, the amount of and time frame in which a deposit must be made is clearly stated here and may differ between quotes due to fluctuating demand for accommodation during the requested dates of stay.

Please be aware in advance that during periods of high demand we are unable to guarantee availability of early check ins and/or check outs.

On departure any Room Keys that are not returned will be charged to the guest at the rate $25.

Damages: Charges will be imposed for any damages made to the property and also an additional charge will be imposed for any smoking in the rooms.

Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.
